We are pleased to announce a second workshop for the Lincoln Neighborhood Corridor Plan (“The LiNC”) and we hope you will join us on Thursday, August 6th 2015 at the John Muir/SMASH Auditorium located at 2525 5th Street in Ocean Park. The meeting will be held from 7-9PM.  At this community event, the project team will show the evolution of streetscape and business improvement concepts for Lincoln Boulevard south of the I-10 Freeway, and engage you in a discussion about important trade-offs that affect the design.  Materials from previous workshops have been posted to the project webpage at www.lincsm.net, which showcases copies of past presentations, as well as the streetscape, transportation and business improvement concepts that emerged from community discussion.

RSVP To this Event HERE.  Please RSVP to this event to ensure accurate refreshment count and to give us a heads up that you will be attending.  Free parking is provided on-site at the school, and the Big Blue Bus #8 stops directly at the workshop.  If you are arriving by bicycle, please bring you bikes inside the auditorium.  Feel free to get in touch with additional questions or comments.

About the OPA
Ocean Park Association is a nonprofit, volunteer group of neighbors dedicated to working for the interests of all residents of Ocean Park in Santa Monica, California. We represent people living and working from the beach to Lincoln Boulevard and between Pico Boulevard and the southern city limits.

OPA stands to promote, protect, and enhance the friendly, walkable, bikeable beach community that is Ocean Park. We cherish the delicate and unique sense of community, intimate scale, and artistic creativity that have helped shape Ocean Park over the past 100 years. Ocean Park is our neighborhood, and OPA aims to be a voice for our community.
