Include description of signs, banners and/or clothing text. Be creative and festive on your bicycles, wagons, floats, costumes—theme decorations are encouraged and make it fun for both our parade viewers and you as participants!

 There is a $25 processing fee for each application. Please check one:

Make sure to complete the Agreement/Waiver/Release form for each person in your group. Bring to parade check in.

We are happy to provide decorations for pick up the day of the parade for a $30 fee.

Decoration fees for large groups and car clubs to be determined. Please check here if you are interested and we will contact you ___.

To pay the fee, decorations and/or to make a contribution to the parade, mail a check payable to OPA.

Deadline for this Application and $25 processing fee: June 24, 2015. Since applications are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have a max number, there will be VERY few applications accepted after that date.
